Vividly Webflow Case Study: $63M Growth, 50+ Projects

In June 2022, Vividly (then Cresicor) needed a rebrand done in 8 weeks. They'd worked with other Webflow agencies before and it hadn't gone well. We got the call, delivered the rebrand, and have been their Webflow team ever since — 3.5 years, 50+ projects, and counting.

This is the story of that partnership. Not just the launch. The whole thing.

The Starting Point: An 8-Week Rebrand Sprint

Vividly is a trade promotion management platform for CPG companies. They help brands like Liquid Death, Bulletproof, Perfect Snacks, and Sambazon manage $4.6 billion in trade spend. When we started working together, they were heading into their Series A and needed their web presence to match the company they were becoming.

The timeline was 8 weeks. The scope was a full rebrand sprint — homepage with scroll animations, product pages for Trade Promotion, Forecasting, and Deductions, a blog with CMS filtering, a careers page with Greenhouse integration, case study templates, and HubSpot forms.

We launched in September 2022.

What the CEO Said About That Sprint

Alexander Whatley, Vividly's CEO, put it this way:

"It was an absolute pleasure working with Parth on the rebranded website for Vividly. We had worked with other Webflow agencies previously and none of them offered the attention and expertise that he and the Digi Hotshot team brought to our project."

Zach Norton, their Lead Product Designer, added:

"Parth helped to implement our designs in Webflow in record time. We were on a time crunch because our rebrand efforts before our Series A announcement. Parth worked closely and diligently with our VP of Marketing, lead designer, and QA engineer to get the site built, tested, and vetted before launching it live."

From Launch to Partnership: What 50+ Projects Looks Like

Most agency relationships end after launch. Ours with Vividly didn't. After the rebrand went live, we became their embedded Webflow team. The work splits into two phases.

Phase 1: Rebrand and Foundation (June–September 2022)

The initial sprint covered:

  • Homepage with custom GSAP scroll animations
  • Product pages (Trade Promotion, Forecasting, Deductions)
  • Blog with CMS filtering
  • Careers page (Greenhouse integration)
  • Case study templates
  • HubSpot integration for lead capture

Phase 2: Growth and Expansion (2022–Present)

Once the foundation was solid, the work shifted to growth. Over the next three years, we've shipped:

  • 4 homepage redesigns — not minor tweaks, full rethinks of messaging, layout, and conversion flow
  • A Forecasting Playbook microsite — a standalone content experience for their forecasting product
  • An interactive pricing page with quiz logic — a self-qualifying tool that walks prospects through questions
  • Year in Review experiences (2024 and 2025 versions) — custom campaign pages showcasing platform data
  • ROI and Deductions calculators — embedded tools using Lovable for calculator logic
  • 6 vertical landing pages — industry-specific pages for different CPG segments
  • An integrations page with Jetboost filtering
  • Job board migration from Greenhouse to Rippling
  • 62 platform enhancements in 2024 alone

And campaign pages: the "Ultimate Mixtape" page, the 2026 Trade Promotion Success Guide, the Transcend AI product page, Trade Shield, Security Overview, and a Tariff Survival Guide.

The Numbers That Matter

  • $63M+ total raised (including a $30M Series B)
  • $4.6 billion in managed trade spend on their platform
  • 2,500+ CPG professionals using the platform
  • 50+ enterprise brands onboarded annually
  • Top-rated on G2, Capterra, and Gartner in their category
  • 50+ major Webflow projects delivered by us

And the result Alexander called out specifically: "Ever since go-live, we've been seeing marked spikes in traffic and our inbound marketing initiatives are starting to bring in more leads than we ever saw on our previous site."

What Makes a 3.5-Year Partnership Work

Speed Matters More Than Perfection

Our standard turnaround with Vividly is 2–3 days. Not 2–3 weeks. When their marketing team has a campaign idea on Monday, they need it live by Wednesday. That pace only works because we've built a component-based system in Webflow that lets us move fast without breaking things.

The Marketing Team Owns the Site

We built Vividly's Webflow setup so their marketing team — not us — can update content, swap images, adjust copy, and publish blog posts without filing a ticket. The CMS architecture gives them autonomy.

The Relationship Survived Growth

Vividly went from Series A to Series B during our partnership. They went from a startup finding product-market fit to a company with $4.6 billion in managed trade spend and 2,500+ users. The website had to evolve with them. That meant 4 homepage redesigns, not because the first one was wrong, but because the company kept outgrowing its own messaging.

We're Part of the Team, Not a Vendor

We work directly with Vividly's VP of Marketing, lead designer, and QA engineer. We're in their Slack. We join their planning calls when it makes sense.

The 8-Week Rebrand Sprint: A Closer Look

Week 1–2: Discovery and design alignment. We worked with Zach Norton (Lead Product Designer) to understand the new brand system and translate it into Webflow-ready components.

Week 3–5: Build phase. Homepage with custom GSAP scroll animations, product pages, blog CMS setup, and the HubSpot integration for lead capture.

Week 6–7: QA and iteration. Parth worked directly with their VP of Marketing, lead designer, and QA engineer. Last-minute changes happened — but the component system meant most changes were quick swaps, not rebuilds.

Week 8: Launch prep and go-live. September 2022.

That 8-week sprint produced a site that was solid enough to support 50+ projects over the next 3.5 years.

Under the Hood

  • Integrations: HubSpot, Greenhouse (initially), Rippling (current), Jetboost, Lovable, Canva (chart embedding), Cloudinary (audio playback)
  • Custom work: GSAP animations, ChatGPT experiment integration, A/B testing via Webflow Optimize
  • Architecture: Mobile-responsive component system, CMS autonomy for the marketing team
  • Backed by: 645 Ventures and Vertex Ventures

Key Takeaways

  • Build a component-based Webflow system early — it pays off across 50+ projects with the same client
  • Give the marketing team CMS autonomy so they don't need you for every content update
  • Plan for homepage redesigns as a feature, not a failure — fast-growing companies outgrow their messaging
  • Speed (2–3 day turnarounds) keeps the partnership alive more than any contract
  • Treat the client's team like your own — be in their Slack, know their goals, respond like a teammate
