Transform Vividly's digital presence to match their explosive growth—from scrappy startup to the #1 rated trade promotion management platform trusted by 2,500+ CPG professionals.
50+ major projects delivered across 3.5+ years: complete rebrand, interactive tools, campaign microsites, product pages, and continuous optimization—all with 2-3 day turnaround times.
Website evolved alongside $30M Series B, $4.6B in managed trade spend, 50+ enterprise brands onboarded annually, and recognition as #1 rated platform on G2, Capterra, and Gartner.
In 2022, Cresicor was at an inflection point. They'd built something that CPG brands desperately needed—a trade promotion management platform that actually worked. Brands like Liquid Death and Bulletproof were already seeing results: 90% reduction in time spent on TPM processes, 20% improvement in planning accuracy.
But here's the thing about B2BSaaS: your product can be transformative, but if your digital presence doesn't match your ambitions, enterprise buyers will scroll right past. And Cresicor's website? It looked like what it was—a scrappy start up. Fine for seed stage. Not fine for the Series A trajectory they were on.
The leadership team—CEO Alexander Whatley, Lead Product Designer Zach Norton, and their growing marketing team—knew their website was becoming a liability. They weren't just selling software anymore. They were selling confidence. Trust. The assurance that a CPG brand could hand over their second-largest expense category (trade spend) and sleep soundly at night.
They needed a website that said: "We're the experts. We've got this. You're in good hands."
The catalyst was a rebrand. Cresicor was becoming Vividly—a name that captured their mission of bringing clarity to the murky world of trade promotion. But this wasn't just a logo swap. They were announcing their Series A, repositioning for enterprise customers, and completely reimagining how they showed up in the market.
The timeline? Eight weeks. The deadline? August 5, 2022. Non-negotiable. They had press lined up, investors expecting updates, and a team ready to execute.
On June 3, 2022, Zach Norton reached out:
"Hey Parth! I'm the Lead Product Designer at a Series A start up called Cresicor—we're about to rebrand to Vividly and are looking for a Webflow partner to help us build out the new site."
— Zach Norton, Lead Product Designer
This wasn't just a website project. It was the digital foundation for everything that would follow—their Series A announcement, enterprise sales motion, and market positioning for years to come.
The stakes were high. The timeline was tight. And Vividly needed a partner who could keep pace.
The first eight weeks were intense. Working under NDA with Vividly's design and engineering teams, we transformed Zach's Figma designs into a fully functional Webflow site:
The challenge wasn't just speed, it was coordination. Every design decision needed sign-off from multiple stakeholders. Every technical choice had downstream implications for marketing's ability to update content. And the clock was ticking.
August 5, 2022. Launch day. The site went live without a hitch.
"Thank you and the DH team for all of your hardwork... I'm sure we will have some more work to do."
— Zach Norton, post-launch
He was right. That "more work" would turn into 3.5+ years of continuous partnership.
What started as a one-time rebrand project evolved organically. As Vividly grew—onboarding brands like Perfect Snacks, Quinn's, and Sambazon—their website needs grew too. Every product enhancement needed a corresponding page update. Every new customer segment needed targeted landing pages. Every campaign needed execution velocity.
By early 2024, Ari Setalvad had joined Vividly's marketing team, and the scope of work had expanded dramatically. We held a comprehensive strategy session that mapped out the nextevolution:
The transition from project-based to ongoing partnership wasn't about convenience—it was about velocity. Vividly's marketing team needed the ability to ship campaigns indays, not weeks. And we needed to be embedded enough to understand their business, their audience, and their evolving goals.
Every time a client agrees to change, it's a gamble. New designs, new features, new approaches—they all carry risk. But the biggest wins come from the boldest bets. Here are the projects that pushed boundaries:
Vividly wanted to establish thought leadership in CPG trade promotion. The gamble: build a multi-chapter microsite that would compete with analyst reports and industry publications.
The result: a comprehensive resource that positions Vividly as the definitive voice in trade promotion strategy.

Static pricing pages are conversion killers. The gamble: transform Vividly's pricing page into an interactive experience that qualifies leads before they ever speak to sales.
The result: better-qualified leads, clearer buying signals, and a pricing page that actually helps prospects self-select.

Annual reports are usually PDFs that nobody reads. The gamble: create immersive, interactive web experiences that celebrate Vividly's achievements.

The result: shareable content that customers, investors, and prospects actually engage with.

The gamble: let prospects quantify their potential ROI before talking to sales—and experiment with AI as a conversion tool.
The result: tools that turn passive visitors into engaged prospects who understand their potential value.

B2B doesn't have to be boring. The gamble: create a campaign page featuring AI-generated songs about trade promotion management.
The result: proof that personality and professionalism aren't mutually exclusive and a campaign that got people talking.

Big launches get attention. But the real work happens in the continuous execution—the homepage iterations, the product page updates, the infrastructure improvements that compound over time.
Vividly's homepage has been redesigned four times as their positioning matured. From Series A start up to $30M Series B market leader, each iteration refined messaging, improved conversion paths, and reflected new product capabilities. We implemented A/B testing through Webflow Optimize to make data-driven decisions about headlines, CTAs, and layout.

Every core product page was redesigned with a new template featuring:

Industry-specific pages targeting Vividly's key verticals with tailored messaging and relevant case studies:

Parth helped to implement our designs in Webflow in record time. We were on a time crunch because our rebrand efforts before our Series A announcement. Parth worked closely and diligently with our VP of Marketing, lead designer, and QA engineer to get the site built, tested, and vetted before launching it live. I'd highly recommend Parth to any other startup that needs to get a clean, professional site built on a timeline.

CEO
It was an absolute pleasure working with Parth on the rebranded website for Vividly. We had worked with other webflow agencies previously and none of them offered the attention and expertise that he and the Digi Hotshot team brought to our project. He worked quickly with our internal teams to diagnose problems and address last-minute changes in a way that produced excellent outcomes. Ever since go-live, we’ve been seeing marked spikes in traffic and our inbound marketing initiatives are starting to bring in more leads than we ever saw on our previous site. I’m personally looking forward to the next project we work on with Parth and his team!
