HOL Health Club is a whole-food protein bar brand founded by former investment bankers who pivoted to wellness, making bars with real ingredients, no artificial sugars, and no preservatives. With a product launch approaching fast and investor momentum building, they needed to go from zero to fully operational e-commerce in weeks, not months.

HOL Health Club was launching a new whole-food protein bar brand and needed to move fast. With investor buzz building and a product launch on the horizon, they couldn't afford to wait months for a website. They needed to capture leads immediately, then scale into a full e-commerce experience that could handle product sales, merchandise, and future growth.
A two-phase Webflow development that delivered a high-converting coming soon page in under one week, followed by a complete e-commerce website managing 13+ product SKUs with Shopify integration via Shopyflow, custom sticker animations, Klaviyo email capture, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Subscribe & Save. All within 8 weeks.
HOL launched with a digital infrastructure built for scale. Email capture began on day one of the coming soon phase. The full store now manages 13+ products across protein bars, spreads, merchandise, and accessories through Shopyflow, with regular orders processing through the Shopify backend. The marketing team gained full control over content updates, product pages, and blog posts. No developer bottlenecks.
HOL Health Club isn't your typical protein bar company. Founded by former investment bankers who pivoted to wellness, they set out to create whole-food protein bars that actually taste good. Made with real ingredients, no artificial sugars, no preservatives.
But great products don't sell themselves. HOL needed a digital presence that matched their ambition: a website that could capture early interest, convert visitors into customers, and scale as the product line grew. They partnered with Label Maker, a design agency, to create the brand's visual identity and website design.
Label Maker brought the creative vision. Now they needed a Webflow development partner who could execute at speed without compromising quality. Someone who could turn beautiful designs into a fully functional e-commerce experience.
Time was the enemy. HOL's product launch was approaching fast, and every day without a landing page meant missed opportunities to build their audience. They couldn't wait for a traditional 3-6 month website project.
The stakes were clear: launch a coming soon page within one week to start capturing emails immediately, then deliver a complete e-commerce site by early summer. Miss those windows, and HOL would lose momentum at the most critical moment — their market debut.
Label Maker reached out to us. They'd worked with us before and knew we could move fast. The question was: could we deliver at this pace while handling the technical complexity the project demanded?

This wasn't a simple build. The project came with real technical challenges that required problem-solving, not just execution:
The Sticker Animation Challenge: The design called for a custom sticker animation with realistic paper-folding effects, a signature brand element that needed to feel organic and playful. This required proper vector files with mesh capability, not just masked images. We collaborated through multiple iterations with Label Maker's design team to get the files structured correctly for After Effects animation, including backface rendering and light/shadow effects.
The Shopify Integration Problem: Standard Shopify Buy Buttons wouldn't work. The design demanded custom cart functionality: a basket in the navigation, custom product cards, and variant selection that felt native to the Webflow experience. After evaluating the limitations, we proposed Shopyflow as a better solution, giving HOL full control over product display while maintaining Shopify's robust backend for inventory and checkout.
The Two-Phase Timeline: Phase 1 had to launch in under a week. Phase 2 needed to deliver a complete site with pages for Shop, Merch, Our Story, Press, and Product Details, all with responsive design and CMS integration. The timeline left no room for miscommunication or delays.
We structured the project for maximum velocity without sacrificing quality.
Phase 1: The coming soon page launched on schedule with Klaviyo integration for email capture, the custom sticker animation, optimized form interactions, and full responsive design. Email collection began immediately.
Phase 2: We moved into full site development with a clear division of responsibilities. Label Maker owned design (Figma files, brand assets, motion direction, client approvals). We owned development (Webflow build, Shopyflow integration, CMS architecture, QA, performance optimization). Communication flowed through a dedicated Slack channel with real-time Figma collaboration and a shared bug tracker.
The Shopyflow integration unlocked everything the design required:
No project this fast moves without friction. We navigated last-minute design changes, mobile QA iterations, and scope additions, including a Press page with CMS-powered article templates that wasn't in the original plan.
The collaboration model made this possible. Label Maker handled client communication and design decisions. We handled technical execution. When issues surfaced — inventory sync questions, checkout testing, product page layouts — we solved them in real-time through daily Slack updates and Loom videos. No waiting, no bottlenecks.
The final push included comprehensive QA across all devices, meta description setup, schema configuration, and team training documentation. HOL's marketing team walked away with full autonomy over their content.
HOL Health Club launched with exactly what they needed: a digital foundation built for growth.

Yes, Webflow integrates with Shopify through Shopyflow, a connector that syncs Shopify's checkout, cart, and product data into a Webflow-designed frontend. For HOL Health Club, this setup enabled Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Subscribe & Save functionality while keeping full design control and CMS-powered product pages in Webflow.
A full e-commerce site on Webflow can launch in 8 weeks or less. HOL Health Club's build included a coming soon page delivered in under 1 week, followed by a complete Webflow + Shopify store with CMS-powered product pages, a press page, blog, Klaviyo email capture, and custom sticker animations, all within 8 weeks.
Shopyflow is an integration tool that bridges Webflow's design environment with Shopify's e-commerce backend. It pulls in Shopify product data, cart functionality, and checkout while letting brands design freely in Webflow. HOL Health Club used Shopyflow to run Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Subscribe & Save through their custom Webflow storefront.
A coming soon page can be built and launched in under 1 week on Webflow. HOL Health Club, a whole-food protein bar brand founded by former investment bankers, used a two-phase approach: a fast coming soon page with Klaviyo email capture first, then a full e-commerce site delivered within 8 weeks.
A typical DTC food brand build on Webflow includes CMS-powered product pages, a blog, a press page, email capture via Klaviyo, and payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. HOL Health Club's build also featured custom sticker animations with realistic paper-folding effects, Subscribe & Save, and full marketing autonomy for the team post-launch.

Parth helped to implement our designs in Webflow in record time. We were on a time crunch because our rebrand efforts before our Series A announcement. Parth worked closely and diligently with our VP of Marketing, lead designer, and QA engineer to get the site built, tested, and vetted before launching it live. I'd highly recommend Parth to any other startup that needs to get a clean, professional site built on a timeline.
